2001 Custom Long Travel

This 2001 AG Productions race inspired long travel chassis is owned and operated by Eric and Holly Seiter. According to company owner, Dustin Dumas, the specs on this 5 seater car include a 125" wheelbase, with unequal length A-arms in the front and Dual Pivot trailing arms in the rear. Fox Racing Shox coil-over shocks allows 18" of travel at each wheel. Power comes from a Johnson's Bug Machine built, 2.0 liter Subaru motor with adjustable boost turbocharger, generating 250 hp at the wheels. Power is transferred to the CMS beadlock wheels with Xtreme Sports tires via Transworks, rebuilt 002 VW transmission with 4.57 ratio ring and pinion gears. Other items include: AG Productions side panels, console and wing, Jamar shifter, Ron Davis radiator, Auto Meter ultra lite gauges, LED rear oval taillights, Lazer Star pencil beam headlights combined with DELTA floods, Lecarra thick grip steering wheel with Sweet Mfg.'s quick release, Gear One disc brakes, CNC pedal assembly, Pirana steering box and PRP seats with adjustable driver's seat and Pyrotect 4-way harnesses. Color was done by San Diego Powder Coating and applied to the frame, trailing arms and side panels before graphics were painted on by Mark at Brink Designs in El Cajon.
